Application
Solar diesel integration of an off-grid plant in Morocco
The context
- Product: ePowerControl HFS
An off-grid nature reserve located in Morocco is composed of a 160kWp PV system using 2 SolarEdge inverters and 2 diesel generators (one with a genset controller and the other with an AC meter).
ePowerControl HFS has been added to the system to prioritize the use of renewable sources and ensures minimum genset loading.
The site is also equipped with ePowerMonitor, a monitoring platform that provides detailed monitoring of plant performance.
- Layout:
- PV: 160 kWp
- Gensets: 2 x 500 kVA
- Inverters: 2 x SolarEdge SE100k, SE66.6K
- Gensets: 2 x Caterpillar 500kVA
