The Context

In Arezzo, Italy, a large solar project combines equipment from several manufacturers, which made it essential to adopt a brand-agnostic energy management solution.

ePowerControl MC was implemented to control solar generation and battery storage, ensuring stable ramp rate control, efficient dispatching, and optimized charging and discharging cycles. Battery systems are managed through load balancing and state-of-charge equalization, supporting reliability and maximizing the use of solar energy. By coordinating these processes, the installation is able to deliver consistent performance while meeting grid requirements.

To complement these control functions, ePowerMonitor Pro gives operators data visibility, performance and KPIs evaluation, and valuable insights.

Together, ePowerControl MC and ePowerMonitor form a complete smart energy management solution that is reliable, efficient, and independent of specific equipment brands.
