The context

Product: ePowerControl ZE

This grid-tied project located in Malaysia is equipped with 32 SMA inverters and 5 points of injection.

In collaboration with ERS Energy, Elum has implemented a solution to eliminate export to the grid.

To avoid any penalty from the national grid operator ePowerControl ZE has been added to the system which offers grid feed-in management.

The aim of this project is to have zero exportation of PV production to the grid and a reactive power control functionality to ensure a certain Power Factor Value of the site.

The site is also equipped with ePowerMonitor, Elum’s cloud-based monitoring platform, that allows remote monitoring for performance analysis, production supervision and alarm notification.
